It is always a pleasure to have the chance to get involved with a new company from the very beginning. For the simplest LLC’s, we have a template Operating Agreement which can be used to get any new company created very quickly. That document combined with an online filing with the State Corporation Commission (and a payment to them of $102.50) and another online filing with the Internal Revenue Service to obtain an Employer Identification Number and you will have everything you need to have your company formed and be able to open a bank account. You can then take these three items to any bank of your choice or we have banks we work with that we can recommend for quick account setup. This entire process to get a new company up and running takes about an hour.
For new startups we can coach you on the do’s and don’ts of running your new entity. Everything from the use of credit cards, personal reimbursements, accounting software, payroll or distributions, making and collecting payments and anything else that you might have questions about can be addressed.
